FORGIVEN BY JANA OLIVER

BLURB from Goodreads

Riley Blackthorne. Kicking hell’s ass one demon at a time...

Riley has made a bargain with Heaven, and now they've come to collect.

Lucifer's finest are ruling the streets and it seems that Armageddon might be even closer than Riley imagined. But with her soul and her heart in play it's all she can do to keep herself alive, let alone save the world. Riley's not afraid of kicking some major demon butt, but when it comes to a battle between Heaven and Hell, she might need a little help.....

MY REVIEW
I totally loved this book, I love the character of Riley Blackthorne. In this book things seem to look up in the relationship department for Riley and Beck....but are things really as they seem?
Riley has made deals with heaven and hell so is right in the middle when Armageddon threatens to begin. Who will survive the battle?
There's plenty of Demon action in this book, there's the newer hunters sent from the Vatican to "sort out the demon problem" Will the Hunters from the Vatican join with the Demon Trappers whom they seem to look down on as incompetent? There's quite a lot of Hunter/Demon Trapper politics in this book that makes the book even more interesting to read.
We also learn quite a bit more Demon Trapper history in this book and learn that Grand Masters exist and that in fact one exists with their midst. Beck is being coached into becoming a master trapper himself but will his past stop that from ever happening?
Beck also learns the hard way that a pretty face can be a liar, and betray him too.
This book flows quite fast there is always something happening.
This book makes you ask many questions and at the end leaves you asking many questions about Beck and his past. You also wonder what will happen in the future to Riley. In this book Riley herself even has doubts as to whether she wishes to continue demon trapping.
When things look really black for Riley she gets a little help from the very unlikely source of her "pet" demon. So it makes you think that some of the lesser demons are quite childlike and not as dangerous as the larger fiends and Archdemons. Ori is still plaguing Riley in this book, but can he truly be trusted? it may actually come down to his trustworthiness for Riley to save the world.
I also have to add that I have loved all the covers for these books too! The colours are great and there's the fact Riley, the main character is on them too. Her eyes seem to draw you into the book.
So did I enjoy this book? YES Would I recommend it? YES Do I want to read more? YES....as soon as I can!! Put it on your wishlist's or better still order it now!
