This story takes place on the small island of Plaka.

An excellent book, I basically opened the cover and read ,and read on and on all in one day!My daspinalonga was a leper colony the book is ficiton, but you really could imagine it all happening as it is told in the book by Victoria Hislop.How she writes makes you literally see in your mind the places and people she describes.
