Demonglass by Rachel Hawkins is the second book in the Hex Hall series.
The whole reason that Sophie Mercer was sent to hex Hall was because she thought she was a witch. But that was before she discovered a family secret. Her crush Archer Cross is a secret agent working for the Eye. The Eye are the ones who want to kill all Prodigium.

Its a damgerous procedure but would remove all her magic. When Sophie arrives in London she discovers the friends she makes there are also demons. This means someone is raising demons....what plans do they have for these demons?
Meanwhile The Eye is hunting Sophie, and they're using Archer to do it! But Sophie isn't interested romantically in Archer anymore ....Is she?
Loved the continuing love crush on Archer. The Will he? Won't he? betray Sophie and hand her to The Eye.
We learn that Sophie is a demon, and even though there are only supposed to be two in existence , Sophie discovers there are more. This book also explores the relationship Sophie has with her father. We get further hooked into the intrigue and wonder Who are the good guys? and Who are the bad guys? There are plenty of little twists and turns. A good follow up to book one, that then makes you impatient for book three!
