In a fairytale twist, Kilee was named prom queen this past May (see the story in Seventeen). She has graduated from high school and will be attending Xavier University in Cincinnati this fall.

To help other families of burn survivors, Kilee and her family have created the

 Kilee Gives Back Foundation, 

hosting events to raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children - Cincinnati. 

A portion of the proceeds from Beautiful Scars also will benefit Shriners’ Cincinnati facility.
