Together Ethan and Lena feel they can face anything together, then suddenly Lena starts to distance herself from Ethan, putting their relationship to the test. Now Ethan knows what a dark place Gatlin can be there is no going back. Ethan sees visions only he can see. The visions pull him further into the history of Gatlin , leading him to discover underground tunnels that travel all around the South.
I really enjoyed this second instalment and am eagerly awaiting the third book. In this book we see relationships put the test, people acting out of character. There's plenty of intrigue and of ccourse there's the ever present repetitive , yet haunting song. Give the series a go it is a really good plot and the pace is kept going throughout the book. There is also the odd twist and turn and of course the odd surprise thrown in.
