Will Carter toils through life indulging in books and beer, without really knowing why. A student without purpose, he shelters in inebriation. And occasionally sees things that aren’t really there.

Lisa Shelling barely stops working, dedicated to an education that will better people's lives. She doesn't have much time for socialising, fun or imagining the unreal.

Neither could have imagined the impact their meeting would have - on themselves, their friends, the city around them and reality itself.

Gun City Bohemian is an urban fantasy where the power of two people's love causes art, fallen angels and amateur journalism to collide. An endearing tale of romance and dark humour that pits the carefree nature of student lives against the horrors of adult responsibility and Hell rising

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Based in Brighton, UK, Phil Williams is a British-born English tutor, copywriter and creative writer. He is an intermittent traveller who has taught English internationally, including stints in the Abu Dhabi desert and on a building site in Russia, using these experiences to build character and plot into his writing. With life-long learnt talents in writing, he has produced books to both entertain and to educate, from the brooding post-apocalypse of his début novel, Wixon's Day, to the eminently practical grammar guide of The English Tenses.

Phil publishes his own material, working in both book form and through his numerous websites - all of which have a focus on English language, self-improvement, or both. Amongst his sites are the popular English grammar portal, English Lessons Brighton and a physical fitness website, KneeStrength.com, as well sites advising on writing for business and for screen or fiction. He promotes lifelong learning to improve both knowledge and health.
